We're a rapidly growing Managed Services Provider looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to become the trusted advisor for a portfolio of SMB clients. This is a client success-focused rolenot a sales position. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring they're receiving exceptional service while partnering closely with engineering teams to build long-term technology roadmaps. What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of MSP clients
• Build strong, long-term relationships focused on client success and retention
• Coordinate service requests, escalations, and communication between clients and engineering teams
• Help develop proactive technology roadmaps and strategic IT recommendations
• Manage hardware procurement, licensing, vendor coordination, and client requests
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records within ConnectWise Manage
• Ensure projects, support issues, and client expectations stay aligned throughout the engagement
• Handle high-priority client concerns with professionalism and urgency when needed

What We're Looking For

• MSP experience is required
• 2+ years in Technical Account Management, Client Success, Service Delivery, or Account Management within an MSP
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and general IT infrastructure concepts
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage is highly preferred
• Someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and thrives in a fast-paced client-facing environment
