Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Revitalize, you will work in a state-of-the-art outpatient facility equipped with modern therapeutic tools and equipment. Our clinic is designed to create a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for both employees and patients. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule while ensuring that patients receive consistent and accessible care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify their physical capabilities and limitations, applying clinical reasoning to inform treatment plans.
• Design and implement personalized treatment programs that align with patients' medical histories, goals, and specific dysfunctions.
• Utilize cutting-edge evidence-based exercises and rehabilitation techniques to optimize recovery and restore functional abilities.
• Track and communicate patient progress regularly to supervisors and team members, ensuring a coordinated approach to care.
• Provide patient education and inform family members or caregivers about treatment modalities and home exercise programs for continuity of care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities, adhering to regulatory, licensing, and insurance requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by organizing equipment and following safety protocols.
• Uphold the Clinic's Code of Business Conduct and comply with all applicable laws and professional standards to support ethical practices within the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Revitalize serves a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals facing orthopedic and musculoskeletal challenges. This includes athletes recuperating from sports injuries, individuals undergoing rehabilitation post-surgery, and patients managing chronic conditions. Your role will involve working closely with this clientele to tailor interventions that are responsive to their unique backgrounds and health histories.

Qualifications

• Current and valid California Physical Therapy licensure in good standing is required.
• A Bachelor's or higher degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is essential.
• Possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Strong foundational knowledge in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation practices.
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to educate and motivate patients effectively.
• Combined capability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a full-time orthopedic therapy setting is preferred.
• Demonstrable expertise in developing and executing treatment plans for various musculoskeletal conditions.
• Knowledge of advanced modalities used in physical therapy to enhance patient recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
