If you have an outgoing, friendly personality with dynamic sales experience and enjoy providing exceptional customer service to ensure resident satisfaction, our Leasing Consultant opportunity is perfect for you!Responsibilities (include but not limited to):Show and lease units to prospective residentsCourteously handle resident questions, concerns and complaintsComplete and maintain all resident and property filesConduct out-reach marketing on a regular basisExecute Fair Housing Practices consistentlyMaintain a professional appearance and attitude at all timesAssisting with resident retentionWalking the marketing path dailyProcessing lease applications and qualifying residentsSupporting the Property Manager with general office maintenance by answering phones and performing other administrative tasksPlay a key role in resolving resident concerns and issuesOther duties as assignedMust be available to work weekendsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent requiredValid Driver's License with valid auto insurance required1-2 years of office experience, preferably in a property management officePrior Leasing experience preferredNALP or CAM a plus, social media certifications also a plusStrong customer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindsetEntrata experience is preferred, but willing trainComputer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional mannerFamiliarity with social media platforms and event planning, as well as best practices for businesses.Successfully pass drug screening and criminal background checkMust be able to work on weekendsCompensation:Full time, Hourly Position + CommissionsComprehensive Benefits Package (medical, vision, dental, and life insurance options)401K with employer matchingPaid Vacation and HolidaysEmployee On-Site Apartment Rental Discount Available& More!Equal Opportunity Employer / Drug Free Work Place.
