Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care with a 1:6 ratio, adjusting to a 1:5 ratio during weekday day shifts.
- Float to the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for Medical Surgical Unit (MSU) assignments as required.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation through the EPIC charting system.
- Follow trauma level 3 protocols and procedures diligently.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and execute patient care plans.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS (AHA or ARC) and NIHSS certifications.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
- Willingness to work every other weekend and up to 2 additional mandatory shifts every 6 weeks.
This role involves working in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential care to patients in a 23-bed unit.
