Licenses/Certs: Valid RN license in Oregon; Appropriate Certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS)
Experience: Prefer 2+ years ER experience

Pay & Benefits:

What You ll Do:

Provide advanced nursing care in the Emergency Department for diverse patient populations
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with hospital protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment and discharge planning
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care
Respond effectively to emergency situations, providing critical interventions as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in electronic health records
Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards

What You Need:

Valid Oregon RN license or ability to obtain one
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (or willing to obtain)
Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience preferred
Critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to adapt to fast-changing clinical environments
