Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct secure, confidential remote therapy sessions with clients, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing telehealth technology.

• Perform thorough initial assessments to explore clients’ relational dynamics, emotional challenges, and family backgrounds, crafting tailored treatment plans with measurable outcomes.

• Implement family systems theory and systemic interventions to assist clients in addressing relationship difficulties, improve communication, and manage family stressors.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and their families during high-stress situations.

• Maintain detailed electronic client records and progress notes in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and security.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State, permitting remote practice.

• At least a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in marriage and family therapy or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
