ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Play a critical role in hospital safety! You can make a difference in the lives of patients visitors and staff by ensuring theyre in a clean and safe environment.

We are seeking an Environmental Services Technician(Housekeeping/Janitor)to:

• Perform general housekeeping and custodian responsibilities.
• Clean and disinfect facilities using proper procedures and equipment.
• Aid in the prevention of diseases by sanitizing patient and public areas.
• Follow hospital procedures to dispose of contaminated items.
• Work independently as a Housekeeper under general supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education Preferred

Work Experience

• Previous cleaning and/or customer service experience Preferred
• At least six (6) months of continuous employment with a single employer Preferred

LAB ASSISTANT

We are seeking a Lab Assistant Clinical Labs to:

• Perform standardized and specialized phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages and ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling.
• Complete specimen receiving and processing load them onto instruments or perform the kit testing and associated instrument maintenance (temperatures monitoring reagents) and clerical duties (filing mailing faxing).
• Patient check-in and order entry of laboratory tests in the laboratory information system.
• Interact daily with pathologists physicians technologists clinical staff nursing unit personnel and patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Completion of accredited Phlebotomy Training program and clinical rotation

Work Experience

• Six months of Phlebotomy and Specimen Processing Experience (Required)
• One year of experience in phlebotomy and processing (Preferred)

Licenses & Certifications

• Phlebotomist (American Society for Clinical Pathology) or equivalent (Preferred)
• Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) certification (American Society for Clinical Pathology) or equivalent (Preferred)

MEDICAL LAB TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Clinical Labs to:

• Perform moderately complex diagnostic tests and limited high complexity testing.
• Perform preventative maintenance on select lab equipment or instruments.
• Perform troubleshooting on select laboratory equipment or instruments as a scientist.
• Promote culture of safety for patients through proper identification proper reporting documentation and prevention of medical errors in a non-punitive environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology Required or education and training equivalent to an associate degree to include 60 semester hours including either:
  • 24 semester hours of medical laboratory technology courses or
  • 24 semester hours of science courses Required

Work Experience

• 1 year experience as Medical Laboratory Technician or relevant laboratory experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Certification Medical Laboratory Technician by the board of American Society of Clinical Pathologists or similar agency Preferred

NURSING ASSISTANT

Work Schedule:

• Part Time Full Time: 24-40 hours per week Includes weekends and a Holiday assignment.
  • Shift Options:
    • Day/Evening: 7:00am-3:30pm 7:00am-7:30pm and 3:00pm-11:30pm
    • Evening/Night: 3:00pm-11:30pm 7:00pm-7:30am 11:00pm-7:30am
    • Day/Night: 7:00am-7:30pm 7:00am-3p and 7:00pm-7:30am 11p-7:30am
    • Night: 7:00pm-7:30am 11:00 pm-7:30am

Pay:

• External hires may be eligible for up to a $3000 sign on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE)
• Additional components of compensation may include:
  • Shift differentials: $3/hour evening $4/hour night and $3.25/hour weekend differential as applicable for hours worked.
  • Overtime

We are seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA NA) to:

• Be a supportive partner with Registered Nurses on General Care Intermediate Care ICU/Critical Care and Pediatrics units.
• Provide direct physical care and basic nursing procedures and treatments in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. NAs will assist with activities of daily living repositioning transfers patient mobility and intentional rounding.
• Interact and engage with visitors patients and their family members to establish a trusting relationship to provide high quality care.

Qualifications :

• Graduate of State of Wisconsin approved Nurse Aid Training Program Required

Work Experience:

• 1 year of recent experience as a Nursing Assistant Preferred

Licenses & Certifications:

• Listed on the State of Wisconsin Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aid Registry Upon Hire Required
• BLS/CPR certification within 3 months Required

RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist to:

• Perform a wide variety of imaging exams and specialized procedures on adults geriatric patients adolescents and pediatric age groups using a wide variety of radiographic equipment computers detectors and plate readers.
• Troubleshoot basic maintenance participate in QA and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system.
• Set up the imaging room to coincide with the examination being performed to include the use of proper isolation precautions when needed.
• Work collaboratively with staff to prioritize and organize schedules and to triage routine and emergent procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology Required
• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field Preferred

Work Experience

• Previous healthcare experience Required
• 2 years of clinical experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• ARRT Radiography (R) certification Upon Hire Required
• Wisconsin Radiological License Upon Hire Required
• CPR certification within 3 months Required

SPECIMEN CONTROL AND RECEIVING TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a Specimen Control and Receiving Tech to:

Receive specimens and research kits into the laboratory check for correct labeling enter tests into Laboratory Information System process specimens and load them onto instruments or direct to appropriate work station technologist or storage area.
Basic instrument maintenance (temperatures monitoring reagents) and clerical duties (filing mailing faxing).
Interact daily with pathologists physicians technologists clinical staff nursing unit personnel and patients.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent Required

Some post-secondary education in a healthcare or a related science field that may include course work in Medical Laboratory Technician Cytotechnologist Histotechnician or Medical Laboratory Scientist degree/certification Preferred

Work Experience

6 months experience in lab healthcare customer service or data entry role Required

1 year healthcare or lab related work experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) certification (American Society for Clinical Pathology) or equivalent Preferred
