Inside Sales Representative - Diabetes - East

We are looking for Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to promote products in the Endocrinology/Diabetes space and help deliver medical breakthroughs in the real world. The Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representative is primarily responsible for achieving sales forecast and gaining adoption and utilization of the product portfolio. This is accomplished by establishing mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians key to the sales success of the promoted products. The sales representative coordinates sales strategies with appropriate teammates to maximize sales in the assigned territory. Responsibilities Deliver accurate product information, feature/benefits, and recommended utilization to Healthcare Professionals by phone. Demonstrate advanced listening and decision‑making skills. Convey complex product‑related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner in real‑time environments. Receive coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and the customer experience. Handle multiple tasks, actively listen to callers’ needs, navigate CRM, and provide accurate and complete information on requested topics. Maintain high work ethic, reliability, and punctuality in reporting for scheduled work. Be flexible to meet fluctuating business needs. Required Qualifications 4‑year degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum 2 years of business‑to‑business (BTB) sales experience. Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience. Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience preferred. Endocrinology/Diabetes experience preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications All Required Qualifications plus related experience in the Endocrinology/Diabetes space. Demonstrated ability to manage and develop an assigned territory via inside sales. Pay information: The potential base pay range for this role is $30-$33 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on qualifications, location, and schedule.
