Essential Functions Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients. Greet guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor and use their last names. Use the appropriate salutation and welcome guests to the location; practice proper phone etiquette. Parks and retrieves vehicles cautiously; assists guests with luggage, bell services, and storage. Provides guests with directions, taxi, reservation, and other inquiries; delivers messages and shuttles guests as approved. Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; issues and collects claim checks; accurately records ticket information. Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license for the state of employment. Minimum one month of related experience or training or equivalent education/experience. Knowledge of customer and personal service principles. Ability to read and write standard English, understand simple instructions and memos. Basic arithmetic skills and understanding of 24‑hour and military time. Manual transmission driving and parallel parking proficiency desirable. Working Conditions & Physical Demands Work is performed outdoors for most of the shift, under varying weather conditions. The associate sits or stands for extended periods, runs, walks, and may handle objects up to 100lbs occasionally. Tasks include operating controls, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 20lbs during tasks. Precise vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus are required.
