Serving as a pivotal leader, the full-time Lead Operations Analyst will oversee payment operations, including invoice processing and disbursements, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Oversee end-to-end payment operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all stakeholders Lead payment professionals to maximize team productivity and efficiency Conduct regular audits of payment records and provide quarterly reporting for financial filings Required qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration preferred, or equivalent work experience Experience with expense and capital allocations, and related contracts In-depth knowledge of payment and billing systems Familiarity with telecommunications industry regulations and payment best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant payment software
