Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and month-end close processes Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and disclosures in accordance with applicable accounting standards Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements Conduct detailed financial analysis to support management decision-making and strategic planning Lead the preparation of high-quality, timely financial reports for executive leadership and external stakeholders Optimize accounting processes and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy Collaborate with auditors during audits and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures as needed Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise to manage financial data and reporting functions effectively At MRA, we foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that values professional growth and continuous learning. Requirements Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven experience in senior accounting roles with a focus on financial reporting Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise/QBO & Conversion experience a plus ++ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills to clearly present financial information to non-financial stakeholders Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements Experience with process improvement and automation in accounting functions Experience with Canadian Accounting practices a plus ++ Dual Citizen Canada/USA a plus ++ #J-18808-Ljbffr Mobility Resource Associates Inc
