What You Will Do: Provide expert anesthesiology services in a busy hospital-based operating room environment. Cover a wide age range from neonatal to adult patients, ensuring tailored anesthesia care for all. Supervise CRNAs in a team-based care model, supporting safe and efficient surgical procedures. Manage an average of 50-60 surgical cases per day across 14 operating rooms. Collaborate with a seasoned team of healthcare professionals in an ACS Level 1 Trauma Center setting. Required Skills: Valid medical license and DEA certification in Ohio. Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology. Proven experience with pediatric anesthesia and adult cases. Strong communication and team collaboration skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience supervising CRNAs. Familiarity with hospital-based anesthesia practices and trauma center protocols. Additional certifications in pediatric or trauma anesthesia. Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. At least 2 years of anesthesia practice, including pediatric cases. Experience working in large hospital or trauma center settings. Other Requirements: Willingness to participate in immediate credentialing processes, including fingerprinting and documentation submission. Ability to travel as needed; all travel-related expenses such as flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage will be reimbursed according to facility policies.
