What You’ll Need: Valid Medical License in Ohio Board Certification in Emergency Medicine or Pediatrics with Emergency Medicine experience Proven experience in pediatric emergency care Strong clinical skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to supervise advanced practice providers and residents Proficiency with EPIC EMR system Nice to Have Skills: Experience in Level I Trauma Centers Previous locum or temporary staffing experience in emergency medicine Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Familiarity with EMS coordination and transfer protocols Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Minimum of 3 years of emergency medicine experience, preferably in pediatric settings Prior experience working in hospital-based emergency departments Other Requirements: Willingness to undergo credentialing process (estimated minimum of 120 days) Ability to respond within 60 minutes for on-call situations Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS Willing to travel locally within Dayton area; housing and travel expenses reimbursed when applicable Take this opportunity to contribute your expertise to a leading pediatric emergency department, enjoy excellent pay at $273/hour, and be part of a dedicated team committed to saving lives and improving children's health.
