What makes this opportunity stand out: Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a mission-focused organization Collaborative leadership team with strong tenure and stability Diverse responsibilities across accounting, reporting, compliance, and analysis High visibility role with cross-functional interaction throughout the organization Opportunity to identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls Stable organization with long-term growth and career development potential Key responsibilities include: Prepare and maintain monthly financial reporting packages Record journal entries and perform account reconciliations Monitor financial activity and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning activities Perform variance analysis and provide ad hoc financial reporting Support annual audits through preparation of schedules, workpapers, and supporting documentation Track financial activity across multiple programs, projects, or funding sources Partner with operational leaders to improve communication, reporting accuracy, and financial transparency Assist with process improvements, documentation, and internal control initiatives Support special projects and other accounting-related responsibilities as assigned Ideal background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities Audit support and compliance experience preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience working within an ERP or enterprise accounting system Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines If you'd be interested in learning more, feel free to message me directly or send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
