We are looking for an experienced and dynamic search engine optimization (SEO) specialist to join our digital marketing department. As an SEO specialist, you will play a key role partnering with clients to improve their organic search presence while maintaining SEO best practices.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing website technical audits to identify areas of concern from an SEO perspective and sorting them by level of importance.
• Reviewing website server logs, crawl reports, and analytics data to come up with strategies to improve indexation and organic growth.
• Performing keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
• Providing recommendations and executing strategies for content development in alignment with SEO goals and monetization strategies.
• Prioritizing and managing the implementation of all SEO related tasks in conjunction with project managers and developers.
• Keeping pace with SEO, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
• Tracking and reporting on results on a monthly basis while communicating regularly with clients related to new developments, initiatives and task implementation progress.
• Continuing to learn and develop SEO skills from online resources.

Must Haves:

• Passionate for SEO and internet marketing.

• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in a results-driven, collaborative environment.
• Business savvy with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Knowledge of performance tracking tools like Debugbear (Gtmetrix or PageSpeedTest alternatives)

Nice to Haves:

• 1-3+ years of experience as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist or similar role.
• Intermediate knowledge of analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
