VP Technical Architect

We are seeking a Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise technology solutions that support our growing business and investment platform. This is a strategic leadership role that combines hands-on technical architecture, engineering execution, and innovation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise systems, Salesforce architecture, and modern software development practices, while helping drive the adoption of AI-enabled solutions across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technology partners to build scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms that support long-term growth. Responsibilities Lead the execution of the engineering roadmap, translating business objectives into actionable technical initiatives and measurable outcomes Design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade architectures across Salesforce, internal applications, and third-party platforms Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and production support Establish and enforce best practices for software engineering, code quality, security, testing, and performance optimization Define and drive Salesforce architecture strategy, including integrations, customizations, and platform enhancements Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals Evaluate, select, and manage technology vendors and external partners to ensure scalability, reliability, and operational excellence Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered applications and emerging technologies to improve business outcomes Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement Drive agile delivery practices and continuous integration/deployment standards across engineering initiatives Requirements 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, or engineering management role Proven success designing and delivering complex enterprise systems and scalable technology platform Strong expertise in multi-platform architecture, system integrations, and enterprise application design Hands‑on experience with Salesforce architecture, platform development, and integration frameworks Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-based architectures Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects from concept through delivery Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical audiences Nice to Have Experience designing and deploying AI, machine learning, or generative AI solutions in production environments Background within financial services, investment management, fintech, or highly regulated industries Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud #J-18808-Ljbffr Phyton Talent Advisors
