Production Team Member

We are looking for motivated individuals that enjoy working with their hands in a fast paced manufacturing environment.Our St. Louis Production Team Members start at $17.50/hr, with the average team member increasing their pay by $5.00/hr in just 15 months!Key Responsibilities:Transport parts to the staging area for production using equipment such as forklifts, hoists or pallet jacks.Load, unload, wash and rack production parts to prepare for heat treatment or metal finishing.Unpack and re-pack finished parts into customer containers for shipment.Operate wheelabrator and dry honing equipment to clean customers’ parts.Communicate production problems to a supervisor and/or operator.Maintain good housekeeping practices and keep work area orderly.Perform repetitive straightening jobs.Qualifications:High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma.Strong mechanical aptitude.Strong work ethic and organizational skills.Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, this includes THC.Open availability.
