ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent more than 30 years in the insurance industry, with experience in both claims and marketing. I'm a proud grandfather of four and enjoy hiking, adventure travel, and exploring our national parks. I've completed the Camino de Santiago in Portugal, hiked St. Patrick's Way in Ireland, and visited 22 U.S. National Parks.

Serving others is at the heart of our agency. I lead a mentoring program and ministry group, support local schools and youth initiatives, and encourage my team to stay involved in the community. I'm also a member of the La Porte-Bayshore Chamber of Commerce and have been honored as a La Porte ISD Distinguished Alumni, Past Rotarian of the Year, and La Porte-Bayshore Volunteer of the Year.

As a Customer Service Representative with Frank Nance - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
