• Develop and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, fiduciaries, and other professionals to create a robust referral network.
• Conduct thorough market analyses to provide clients with accurate property valuations and strategic advice.
• Coordinate and manage property listings, showings, and negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved, ensuring transparency and understanding throughout the transaction.
• Stay informed about local real estate trends and legal requirements to offer clients the most current and relevant advice.
• Organize and attend networking events to expand your professional connections and increase visibility in the probate and trust sector.

• Experience in real estate, with a focus on probate and trust transactions, is essential.

• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships with attorneys, fiduciaries, and other industry professionals.

• Strong analytical skills to conduct market analyses and provide accurate property valuations.
