What You’ll Do Help Residents Thrive: Assist with dressing, bathing, meals, mobility, and other daily needs while encouraging as much independence as possible. Make Someone’s Day: Bring conversation, laughter, encouragement, and a little extra fun into everyday moments. Notice the Little Things: Pay attention to changes in residents’ well-being and communicate concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.
