What You'll Do... As a Commercial Account Manager with our team, you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth and cultivating strong client relationships. You'll proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, relationship building, and creating referral sources. By managing your sales funnel, setting appointments, conducting face-to-face meetings, and delivering professional proposals, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and achieving revenue goals. You'll collaborate closely with management to shape the future of our growing organization, while leveraging CRM tools daily to track, report, and optimize your sales activity. By building connections with existing clients and professional networks, and taking a strategic approach to prospecting, you'll help position the company as a trusted partner in the market. It's a fast-paced role where your communication, persistence, and relationship-building skills make a measurable impact every day. This role involves local travel within your assigned area and offers opportunities to contribute to team projects and broader company initiatives.

• At least three years B2B Sales Experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High organization and attention to detail
• The ability to work with a team
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive and walk extensively throughout the day
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
