The Restaurant General Manager for our new elevated dining venue will lead a large management team to ensure exceptional customer experience and smooth daily operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, overseeing financial performance, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service in a dynamic, upscale environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a large team of 21+ employees
• Oversee all hands-on daily operations to maintain service excellence
• Enhance customer experience through effective staff coordination and quality assurance
• Control inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure stock availability
• Hire, train, and develop restaurant staff to meet performance goals
• Manage budget, financial oversight, and P&L to achieve profitability

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
