Commercial Service Manager - Refrigeration/HVAC

**Qualifications & Experience:**
- Minimum of 7 years in commercial HVAC and refrigeration troubleshooting.
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required; NATE or state licenses preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring technician teams.
- Strong background in medical and healthcare facility compliance and safety.
- Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with clients and team members.
- Physically capable of handling job demands, including ladder climbing and rooftop access.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
