Electrical Mechanic / Junior Mechanic

Commercial Electrical Work | NYC Projects

Seeking experienced electricians for commercial construction projects throughout NYC.

Responsibilities

• Install conduit, BX/MC cable, panels, switchgear, outlets, and devices.
• Read blueprints and perform commercial rough-in work.
• Wire, terminate, and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Bend conduit and complete service installations.
• Follow all safety requirements and work independently.

Requirements

• Junior Mechanic: 5+ years commercial experience.
• Mechanic: 10+ years commercial experience.
• Strong rough-in, conduit, panel, and switchgear experience.
• OSHA 30, SST, and lift certification required.
• Must have own tools and PPE.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
