Family Medicine Opportunity – Metro Southeast Florida (Miami/Ft. Lauderdale) New Practice Opportunity for Med‑Peds or Family Practice. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide primary care within the practice, including face‑to‑face visits and non‑visit based interactions such as phone, email, groups, home visits, and video chat. Supervise and teach a team of nurse practitioners, building strong relationships with patients to help them set self‑management goals, improve self‑efficacy, and support clinical work. Evolve the way we care for patients through creative innovation of care delivery and contribute to practice improvement activities. Communicate and market the client’s direct primary care practice model to new patients and other stakeholders such as the medical community. Develop a medical network with trusted outside medical consultants, hospitalists, specialists, support services and others. Qualifications Board‑certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, Medicine/Pediatrics, or Family Medicine, and able to obtain Florida state licensure. Excellent clinician, innovative thinker, technologically savvy, and motivated to work in an interdisciplinary team. Values service to patients and thrives in uncertainty and ambiguity. Skilled at building successful relationships with team members from diverse professional backgrounds, working collaboratively without ego. Encouraged: candidates with work experience outside of medicine, other advanced degrees, or specialization, including recent residency graduates.
