What You'll Do As a Talent Recruitment Partner, you'll play an important role in connecting great people with great opportunities. Find exceptional talent. Source, recruit, evaluate, and qualify experienced L&D professionals for contract and consulting opportunities across a variety of specialties. Build meaningful relationships. Develop lasting connections with talented professionals, understanding their expertise, interests, and career goals. Make the right match. Partner with our sales and project management teams to understand client needs and recommend professionals who are well-suited to each opportunity. Keep our talent network strong. Stay connected with existing professionals, keeping their skills, experience, and availability up to date. Think ahead. Proactively identify and engage talent for anticipated client needs and emerging areas of demand. Create a great candidate experience.
