Alliance Health at Marie Esther in Marlborough, MA is seeking an HR/Payroll Manager for an onsite role. You will oversee bi-weekly payroll for 75+ staff using Paychex and coordinate employee relations, benefits, and recruitment in a not-for-profit long-term care setting. The role requires 1–3 years in HR/payroll, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong Excel/Office 365 skills.
