Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to ED patients, with exposure to trauma, behavioral health considerations, and cardiac monitoring in a 28-bed department
- Perform triage, rapid assessment, and ongoing patient monitoring; administer medications and therapies as ordered; manage patient safety and comfort
- Maintain telemetry monitoring, interpret alarms, and respond to acute changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and ED support staff to coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Document care accurately and promptly; uphold infection control, safety, and privacy standards
- Support a fast patient turnover and contribute to a team-oriented, high-performance ED environment

Requirements
- Active Hawaii RN license, in good standing, by start date
- Must arrive the Thursday prior to start for employee health onboarding
- Availability to work nights on a 3x12-hour schedule
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ED with high patient turnover
- Travel RN assignment eligibility and ability to meet onboarding requirements
