Manufacturing SupervisorAs a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a shift at a client site including interviewing and orienting new associates. You apply your outstanding organizational skills to facilitate an efficient, safe, and productive onsite operation. Location: Jackson, TN Schedule: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, shifts on a rotating schedule of 3 days one week and 4 days the following week, including two weekends per month.Essential Job FunctionsDirectly supervise, coach, and mentor Group Leads and associatesRun pre-shift meetingsTrack and report daily attendanceTrack and report associate performance and conductAssist with recruiting efforts, orientation, and trainingAssist with payroll approval and processingComplete regular safety checks and complete accident reportsExperienceHigh School diploma or GED, at least 2 years of related experienceKnowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and WordCommunications skills, both oral and writtenStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsExceptional attention to detailSalary Range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.
