Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Bilingual Executive Assistant in the Benbrook, Texas area! This exciting opportunity supports a fast paced executive within the athletic talent industry, playing a key role in managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling client communications, and keeping daily priorities running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and thrives in a busy office environment, anticipating needs, maintaining organization, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while serving as a trusted right hand to executive leadership.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level executive
- Strong calendar management and scheduling skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other business communication tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Hours : Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate : $65-75k Salary
