Technical RecruiterThe Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and evaluate qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and manage requisitions through the ATS. The recruiter serves as a strategic hiring partner, helping attract top talent while ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional positions.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.Source and evaluate qualified candidates, ensuring they meet the technical skill requirements.Coordinate interviews and extend offers to selected candidates.Manage requisitions through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) efficiently.Serve as a strategic hiring partner to attract top talent.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Essential Skills2–4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.Strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing technical candidates.Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.Bachelor's degree required.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, corporate, and other specialized positions.Ability to partner strategically with hiring managers.Work EnvironmentThis position is fully onsite, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will join a team of two internal recruiters, with a goal to expand to a team of four. This opportunity allows you to own the recruiting process and have a direct impact on business growth. You will work in a collaborative environment, gaining exposure to technical and manufacturing recruiting, and will be trusted to operate independently while helping drive the company's expansion efforts.
