Assistant Restaurant Manager

Compensation: $19.32–$21.47 per hour, plus commission based on membership and fun pass sales. Responsibilities Make daily decisions that involve time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards. Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the team to meet company and guest expectations. Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Understand cost‑control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management. Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) and complete a rotation in one of the following areas: Kitchen: Manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness; oversee pizza dough preparation and cooking of menu items. Sales: Oversee the cashier, salad bar, gift shop and merchandise areas; monitor sales results, upsell, inventory, and profitability. Showroom: Lead birthday party execution and planning; maximize bookings and guest satisfaction while optimizing seating. Gameroom: Work with the Technical Manager to keep games and equipment operating with minimal downtime; analyze gameplay data and keep the area guest‑ready. High‑school diploma or GED. At least 21 years old (or RVP approval for under‑21 hiring as permitted by local law). Minimum one year of experience managing people in food service or at least six months as an opening coordinator. Job Functions and Work Environment Work may involve lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Requires standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking and squatting throughout the shift. Exposure to flashing/flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, non‑weather‑related wet or humid conditions, extreme heat and cold.
