Job Description Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital is a major academic and referral center with Level I adult and Level II pediatric trauma designations. Scope of Work As a Clinical Nurse with Corewell Health, delivering top‑notch patient care is paramount. You will use the nursing process framework and incorporate patient‑family‑centered care principles to ensure the highest quality of care. Under the direction of the Nurse Leader, you will be a vital member of our team, making a real difference in the lives of patients and their families. Qualifications Associate’s Degree or equivalent Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s Degree B.S.N., or M.S.N., or DNP/PhD. If not minimum BSN prepared, new graduate/nurse with less than one (1) year experience is required to enroll in an accredited BSN program within one (1) year of licensure date and complete within five (5) years. (Effective April 18, 2023.) Graduates from non‑accredited school of nursing programs must have at least one year of acute care experience or greater than 2 years of experience in a licensed health care role, such as an LPN or EMT role, and must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination. Registered Nurse (RN) – State of Michigan license required upon hire. CRT‑Specialty Certification – (unknown length) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA, ARC, or Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation upon hire. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Critical Care, Emergency Care, Pre‑Op and PACU, Radiology: 180 days required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Endoscopy (exception: Dearborn, Farmington Hills, Taylor) required upon hire. Benefits Comprehensive benefits package.
