Responsibilities Represent UFC GYM by providing a welcoming, informative, and entertaining experience for all members and guests during visits. Drive potential members into the gym and deliver industry‑leading customer service to them and our current members. Book membership appointments through productive phone activities and meet or exceed monthly appointment goals set by the company. Ensure that 100% of guests receive the “Fitness Tour” when they tour the gym per the Membership Specialist Playbook. Follow up with enrolled members to ensure expectations are exceeded. Provide the highest level of customer service when communicating and interacting with guests. Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility. Qualifications In‑depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques. General understanding of the fitness industry. Proficiency with computers. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Independent, self‑starter with strong organizational skills. Team‑player attitude.
