Overview

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Systems Administrator is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the organization's ERP environment. This role serves as a strategic partner to business and technical teams, supporting system administration, process optimization, integrations, and ongoing application enhancements to improve operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Systems Administrator with a strong understanding of ERP administration, security, data management, and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong communication and problem-solving skills to support users, manage system configurations, drive continuous improvements, and contribute to key business and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

Administer, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across multiple locations.

Manage user accounts, security roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure system security and compliance.

Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, process flows, forms, dashboards, views, and reports.

Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and functional solutions.

Support system planning, testing, deployment, and data migration activities for new projects and enhancements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to resolve application and platform-related issues.

Monitor system performance, health, and usage metrics to ensure optimal system functionality.

Manage software updates, patches, hotfixes, and change management activities.

Perform data imports, exports, backups, and data integrity validation processes.

Support integrations, batch processing activities, and data management initiatives.

Develop user training materials and provide end-user support to maximize system adoption and effectiveness.

Oversee vendor relationships related to software, support services, and system enhancements.

Recommend process improvements and system enhancements based on operational requirements and user feedback.

Ensure compliance with data governance, security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Systems Administrator.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, configuration, administration, and support.

Experience managing security roles, user access, workflows, business rules, and system configurations within Dynamics 365.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, SQL, Microsoft DevOps, and Azure technologies.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and change management practices.

Experience with integrations, batch processing, data migration, and enterprise data management.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience supporting ERP environments within the manufacturing industry.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including exposure to MRP, production scheduling, and advanced manufacturing modules.

Experience with data warehousing, reporting, analytics, and enterprise data governance.

Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, preferred.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.

Limited travel may be required.
