What You'll Be Doing

• Present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership opportunities while maintaining a professional and ethical sales approach
• Build rapport with guests and understand their travel goals and vacation interests
• Conduct engaging sales presentations that highlight the value and benefits of vacation ownership
• Generate sales volume while delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Develop strong relationships with prospective Club Members
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales and product knowledge
• Maintain accurate follow-up and communication with guests
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Previous sales or marketing experience preferred
• Background in luxury retail, hospitality, insurance, finance, customer service, or vacation ownership is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
• Strong closing and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous timeshare or vacation ownership experience
• Knowledge of the Myrtle Beach area, including attractions, restaurants, and local destinations
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
