Role Housekeeper at Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) – responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in a long‑term care facility. Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines. Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor. Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment. Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Positive attitude and effective communication skills with residents, staff and leadership. Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policies. Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform routine repetitive tasks continuously. Comfortable working around cleaning products. Able to follow oral and written instructions, performing routine tasks daily.
