Pediatric Neonatal NP Locums Job in Michigan Day or Night Shift October 12, 2026 - March 2027 Assignment

Looking to hire two full-time candidates

Shift Details
Day shift (6:45am-6:45pm) or Night shift (6:45pm - 6:45am)
Monday through Friday coverage is most needed but open to 7 days a week
Flexible scheduling for days or nights

Requirements
NNP with Neonatal Fellowship
3-5 years of experience
Open to candidates outside of Michigan

Required Procedures / Skills
Intubation
Umbilical lines
Chest tubes
Needle aspirations
Lumbar puncture
PICC lines
Familiarity with a Level IV NICU
Ability to multitask and manage a large patient load
ECMO experience required

Assignment Details
Inpatient setting
Approximately 6-12 shifts per week available, with 24 shifts per month needing coverage
Responsible for neonatal transports throughout surrounding areas
Daily census of approximately 100 patients, with volumes up to 120 patients
Support on day shift includes 4 MDs and 3 APPs
Support on night shift includes 2 NNPs and 1 MD
Trauma Level IV facility
Attend deliveries as part of the role
Ground and flight transport experience is beneficial
A neonatologist is always on site and will assist with ECMO cases
