RN MedSurg

Seeking an RN for Medical Surgical with postpartum experience. The shift will be from 5:45 PM to 6:00 AM. The RN will work on the medical surgical unit as needed, potentially taking on more medical surgical duties than postpartum. This is a small rural facility, so prior experience in a Critical Access Client environment is essential. Charting is done using CPSI/Perigen. The patient ratio is 1:1 for postpartum patients and an average of 1:3 for medical surgical patients. There is no differential for Charge nurse duties, but the RN may occasionally take on Charge responsibilities. Any color scrubs are acceptable. Local travelers will be considered at the same rate. A flu vaccine is preferred, but religious and medical exemptions are accepted. Individuals who decline the flu vaccine will be required to wear a mask during flu season.
