Senior Partner Marketing Manager

Owning the strategy and management of partner marketing initiatives, the hybrid or remote Senior Partner Marketing Programs Manager will develop and execute global campaigns, enhance partner engagement, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance across Zscaler's partner ecosystem. Key responsibilities Oversee the Partner Demand Center and virtual partner marketing model to enhance partner adoption and campaign efficiency Lead the creation of global partner marketing programs aimed at driving pipeline growth within the commercial sector Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch scalable campaigns and ensure effective execution of partner programs Required qualifications Proven experience in leading partner marketing or demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth Ability to develop and scale integrated marketing campaigns and partner programs from inception to execution Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders Data-driven mindset with experience in defining metrics and analyzing campaign performance
