We are looking for a bilingual Spanish-speaking Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations in Oakland, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates professionally, welcomes visitors with confidence, and helps tenants with routine questions and requests. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact by managing calls, handling basic office interactions, and ensuring rent payments submitted by check or money order are received accurately.

Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and tenants in a courteous manner and provide clear assistance in both English and Spanish.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, direct incoming calls to the appropriate parties, and relay messages promptly.
• Respond to general tenant questions and guide individuals to the right internal contact for further support.
• Receive rent payments in the form of checks or money orders and document submissions according to established procedures.
• Maintain an organized reception area and support smooth day-to-day front desk coverage.
• Handle inbound calls efficiently while demonstrating professionalism and strong customer service skills.
• Assist with routine administrative duties that support office operations and tenant communication.• Fluency in Spanish and English with the ability to communicate clearly with a diverse tenant population.
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role.
• Comfortable operating a multi-line phone or switchboard system in a busy environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented, service-oriented approach to tenant interaction.
• Ability to accept and process check and money order payments with attention to detail.
• Dependable organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
