Event Planner Assistant

Kforce's client in Miami, FL is seeking a bilingual Event Planner Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, conferences, and special events. This role will provide hands-on administrative, logistical, and event coordination support in a fast-paced corporate environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, A/V, transportation, vendors, and materials
• Manage invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, registration, timelines, and event documentation
• Support vendor communications, quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and expenses
• Assist with onsite event setup, attendee support, and day-of coordination
• Support post-event documentation, feedback, and follow-up
• 3+ years of event coordination, administrative support, marketing, hospitality, or related experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish, written and verbal
• Banking or financial services experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe
• Familiarity with SurveyMonkey and AI productivity tools preferred
• Professional, service-oriented, and comfortable working with internal stakeholders and vendors
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week in Miami, FL
