POSITION OVERVIEW The Senior Benefits Administrator will oversee all aspects of employee benefits administration, compliance, vendor management, and employee education. Working closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and leadership teams, this position plays a key role in ensuring employees receive exceptional benefits support while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. Key Responsibilities Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs Coordinate annual open enrollment activities Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and related regulations Manage relationships with insurance carriers and benefit vendors Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and organizational leadership Educate employees regarding benefit plans and available resources Resolve employee benefit questions and issues Evaluate and improve benefit processes and programs COMPENSATION $80,000-$97,000 annually based on experience SCHEDULE Monday-Friday

8:00 AM-4:00 PM
