You will design, launch, and refine Lila’s signature talent programs—internships, fellowships, workshops, and beyond—while owning the full candidate journey. What You’ll Be Building

Bespoke cohort programs (internships, fellowships, bootcamps) that highlight Lila’s mission
Candidate journey optimization: awareness, application, interview, offer, onboarding
Process & tooling improvements: standardized scorecards, automated updates, self-service portals
Cross-functional collaboration with People Ops, Marketing, and Hiring Managers
Targeted campus & lab engagement to feed flagship programs
Strong project management skills; Data fluency: defining KPIs, building dashboards, driving decisions from metrics
