Catering/Event Coordinator - Full Time
UKRAFT Brunch Cafe | 14888 Clayton Rd

Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning: Coordinate all aspects of event logistics to ensure seamless execution.
- Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Design and Production: Create tailored event designs and manage production to accommodate client specifications.
- Detail Organization: Oversee facilities and arrangements including decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, equipment, and promotional materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Schedule
- This is a full-time position; flexibility in scheduling is required to accommodate events.
