Competitive Shift Differentials for Evening and Overnight Shifts

+$1.50/hour Weekend Differential for Saturday and Sunday hours worked

+$5.00/hour Extra Shift Incentive when picking up approved shifts outside your regular schedule

24 hours 3PM-11PM

24 hours 11PM-7AM

Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse/Charge Nurse plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing nursing services for assigned residents. This includes adhering to quality care standards, facility policies, legal requirements, medical practices, and physician instructions.

Efficiently plans and provides professional care while aligning with the needs of residents and the changing medical landscape.

Maintains professionalism in interactions with residents, physicians, families, peers, and support staff.

Documents crucial information related to resident care accurately and comprehensively.

Administers prescribed medications and oversees accurate record-keeping in line with facility policies.

Qualifications:

Valid state RN nursing license in good standing (or in the process of becoming a registered nurse).

In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.

Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Collaborative team player with previous experience in long-term care preferred.

All RN positions require weekend and on-call rotation to support both staff and residents. Compensation details available upon inquiry.

Per diem staff are expected to fulfill (2) weekend shifts monthly to meet requirements.

Hourly rate: $50.00 /per hour

(Qualified LPN applicants will also be considered for this position and compensated according to applicable LPN wage scales.)
