If you're energized by finding exceptional people, telling a compelling story, and building something from scratch, this role is for you.Your Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and close candidates in engineeringBuild Pipelines: Develop and maintain relationships with top universities and programs, establishing Endex as a destination for exceptional graduating talentSell the Endex Story: Represent Endex authentically and compellingly to candidates. You'll be a brand ambassador who can speak fluently about our product, mission, and the opportunity to join at a pivotal moment.Design the Hiring Infrastructure: Build and refine the systems, scorecards, take-home assignments, and processes that make Endex's hiring consistent, fast, and high-signal.Partner with Leadership: Work directly with the CEO and hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and move quickly when the right candidate is in the pipeline.Analyze and Improve: Track recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously sharpen the process to reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality.What We're Looking ForTalent Spotter: You have strong pattern recognition for exceptional people.
