Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will bring a caring, reliable approach, work as part of a team, and act with integrity while helping create a welcoming environment.

Pay Rate: $20.58 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and help to verify visitor, staff, and vendor entry in accordance with site protocols and healthcare location expectations.
• Support Allied Universal reporting practices by completing incident logs, shift activity reports, and/or other required documentation related to security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
