Job Title: Reconcilement Specialist-Card Services Location: US-MS-Pearl, Card Services - 10133 Type: Regular Full-Time; Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday Overview Position Summary: The purpose of this job is to assist with balancing multiple deposit and general ledger accounts and researching and posting credit card payments. This position also processes returns on debit and credit cards. There are other duties assigned to monitor and work reports on a daily basis. Responsibilities Deposit and General Ledger account reconciliation. Research, process and key returned payments on credit card accounts. Debit card return resolutions. Change addresses on Credit Cards and create weekly reports for Special Assets on Charged Off accounts. Research and maintain the Unpostable Transactions report. Assist with researching and correcting Oris rejects on credit card accounts. Research and correct missing payments. Posting of credit card payments. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Education or GED One year of Customer Service Experience Computer Skills Sound Decision Making Skills Customer Service Skills Communication Skills Prior Balancing Experience Working knowledge of FIS systems preferred Physical Requirements/Working Conditions Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
