Senior Business Analyst
Shrive Technologies LLC
10+ years of strong experience in AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, CIP, and Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) .
In-depth knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, FFIEC, and AML regulations
Expertise in gathering and documenting business, functional, and regulatory requirements
Experience with transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer onboarding, and SAR processes .
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams .
Hands-on experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases
Experience with AML platforms such as NICE Actimize, Verafin, Fircosoft, Oracle FCCM, or similar solutions .
Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, data analysis, gap analysis, and regulatory reporting .
Experience supporting UAT, audit requests, compliance reviews, and regulatory remediation initiatives .
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and Financial Services/Banking environments .
